In response to potential purchases of our program, we are please to announce the introduction of our 'Implementation Service'. This is for those who don't feel confident enough or simply don't have the time to properly implement the program in your office. This is an excellent value for money service that will result in an immediate and successful implementation in the shortest time possible. We highly recommend you consider this service.

Risk Manager Architecture - Implementation Package

Aims and Objectives:

Initially, we are looking at providing an Implementation package that is made available to all users. Our key objective is to have all users of Risk Manager running the programme successfully as soon as possible after purchase.

Different size offices will require different package costings. Regardless of the time factor, the packages will all include:

  • Stage A - Pre-on site
    • A detailed questionnaire to be completed by user and sent back to Red Gravel for assessment prior to Implementation meeting
    • Users to have worked through tutorial prior to Implementation meeting
    • Clarify job descriptions of staff members (as per RM'4 catergories) and then set up user rights and users
    • Add users email settings
    • Develop an individual Office Master Template with the assistance of Red Gravel
  • Stage B - Introduction
    • An Overview given to staff on how the software needs to be implemented into the office
    • Agenda for the time
    • Aims and Objectives of Risk Manager stated
  • Stage C - Setting up parameters
    • Creating new templates
    • Editing existing templates
    • Customise the Flow Chart structure for Advantage NSW Office Master template
    • Setting up details in the Configuration tab within System Settings
    • Importing existing Contacts
    • Overview of Data Manager - Includes backing up and restoring databases
    • Auto Updates
  • Stage D - Implementation & Utilisation
    • Creating a new projects
    • Overview of project tabs
    • User Alerts
    • Timesheets
    • Entering existing projects into system
    • Personal time with individual staff members
  • Stage E - WIP
    • Establish a WIP meeting procedure
    • Reports
  • Stage F -Summary
    • Discuss the importance of having someone to be Administrator and work out who's role this is
    • Ensure that staff have an understanding as to how the program works and what their individual responsibilities are
    • Discuss program upgrades and what is required
    • Questions and answers
