Red Gravel Publications was born from over thirty years experience in the Design and Construction industry. The need for a program which could consolidate the system of checks and balances which are required to produce quality design and documentation along with ensuring commercial success for practices were the driving forces behind the development of Risk Manager.

About the author

Jim Demetriou is the principal of the company and the author of the program. He is an accredited builder designer and licensed builder with over 30 years experience in the industry.

Jim is a three times winner of the prestigious Award of Excellence for documentation and business practice and is testament to his ability as a leader in the field of risk and practice management.

He has extensive experience in judging design awards for a number of key industry associations for over 15 years both at state and national levels. Jim has presented numerous papers to architects and designers in conferences and seminars around Australia and throughout New Zealand. He has combined his skills and experience in design, construction, office documentation and practice management with a very strong support team in developing the award winning Risk Manager Architecture and NZIA Practice Manager software programs.
