NZIA Practice Manager

For our New Zealand practitioners who know our software as NZIA Practice Manager, we will be restructuring and relabelling the program in the future. The program will then be called Risk Manager Architecture NZ. However, the program will remain as is in the short to medium term. Further details will be published in the coming months.

This is a quality assurance program which is based on the award winning Risk Manager Architecture software program.

This is an innovative program which has been developed specifically for our New Zealand practitioners, and will assist in not only improving the commercial performance of their practice, but also to protect themselves and their practice from litigation. It has been designed specifically to assist principals and managers reduce their exposure to litigation.

NZIA Practice Manager takes an individual project through the initial Design and Approval process and continues through to the Procurement and Contract Administration phases. This is done by using a series of formalised procedures, fully customisable pro forma documents and check lists in line with the industry's best practice guidelines.

The program is project specific and whilst this is not a complete office administration program, it does contain a range of functions that are necessary for the running and administration of each project.
