Aims & Objectives:
We have very specific Aims and Objectives with regards to our software and from a purely technical perspective, these are to:
- Protect your own interests (along with your organisation) and ensure you're not an easy target for litigation
- Keep the software as easy, simple, flexible and intuitive to use
- Minimise errors and ommissions from your designs and documents
- Standardise your internal procedures and ensure all staff are "on the same page" for each project
- Ensure you and your staff don't have to keep reinventing the wheel
- Learn from your own (and other people's) mistakes
- Adjust any "standard forms" or documents to suit your own local conditions / circumstances so that they work for you
- Reinforce and identify what you and your staff shouldn't be doing
- Educate yourself and your staff
- Change the mindset of your practice to one of refined, simple and efficient office procedures
- Assist in improving your practice in a commercial sense (that is, more profit)
- Become more confident in looking for business opportunities
